We had a pleasant stay at a hotel near the city center. We found it convenient to park in the neighborhood and were able to explore Hamburg easily. The Lion King theater, which was close by, was a highlight of our visit. The room we stayed in was clean, and the staff provided friendly service. We also enjoyed a satisfying breakfast each morning. the location and accessibility of the hotel made our trip enjoyable.
The kitchen utensils in the hotel were not cleaned properly.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, just outside the city center near the harbor, is perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet stay. The rooms are spacious and some even have a mini-kitchen, providing extra convenience. Additionally, having breakfast included is a nice touch.

I was kinda surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room at Novum Hotel. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of fresh options. The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially the gentleman who provided useful information about the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns. the private parking at the hotel was convenient and affordable. We were able to easily reach the city center using public transportation, as there was a bus stop just 100 meters from the hotel. the hotel's location was great, as it was close to where we needed to be and also close to public transport.

Spacious room, comfy beds, ample towels, large bathroom. Bright family room with kitchenette, kettle, cooker, fridge, and cutlery. Conveniently close to motorway, yet quiet. Early quality breakfast in cozy room. Bus stop nearby for train station and pleasant walks by the "deich".
